We are so excited to announce our Monthly Exercise Classes. Our next class is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 10:30AM. This is an 1 hour session which includes, breathwork, meditation and deep somatic stretching to regulate the nervous system. Please email or text if you are interested. Spaces are limited. Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy (LED light therapy, Photobiomodulation) is a modality that uses red light or Near Infrared light to penetrate through the skin and muscles layers to alleviate pain, decrease inflammation and improve blood cell formation. It also improves overall skin health by reducing fine lines and wrinkles and increasing collagen production. We are offering this treatment as an add-on to our current massage menu.
